What This Assessment Measures
We look at six personality traits that affect your ability to manage change effectively:

Understanding Your Score:

89–120:
You likely handle change with ease. You’re confident, optimistic, and usually excited by new possibilities. Just be mindful of moving too quickly without considering risks or consequences. -
56–88:
You’re generally comfortable with routine changes and can adapt when needed. Sudden or unexpected shifts might still throw you off. With a bit more awareness and skill-building, you can grow into a stronger change leader — both for yourself and those around you. -
24–55:
You value consistency and reliability, which helps maintain structure. However, change may feel like a disruption rather than an opportunity. Learning to manage your reactions can reduce stress and help you feel more in control during uncertain times.
