Blindfold the whole group, make sure there is enough space around to avoid any accidental injuries.
Ask the group to stand in a line and arrange themselves according to one of the following:
(Choose from the list below)
– Shortest to tallest
– Oldest to youngest
– Longest with the company to newest
– Team member with the largest family to the smallest family
Once the activity is concluded, discuss and highlight how they solved their communication problems? Did someone take charge of getting everybody in line? How did it feel not being able to see?
