Tell everybody that it is election time and you are all running for office. Give the team 15 minutes, each person is tasked to write a speech about why they should be voted as the team leader. What positive traits are they bringing to the table? What can they do for the team? Each person will have 2 minutes to make their presentation.
Alternative activity: Buy our team
This activity is somewhat similar to the above activity only here, the whole team brainstorms together creating a newspaper ad to sell the team. The team has to include all the attributes that makes this a great team to buy.
Give the group 15 minutes to brainstorm and then make their presentation. Discuss as needed.
